During its First Organizational Meeting and Planning on October 15, 2008, Etans were at the forefront of leading this organization. Brod LtCol Isabelito “Sab” P. Flores ’80, Executive Director/ Assistant Sergeant-at-Arms of the Legislative Security Bureau was elected President of APO HRep.
Two other Etans completed the list of officers. Brod Joselito Narciso “Capa” B. Capariño ’01 (Legislative Staff Assistant to the Office of Executive Director Flores) and Sis Pauline “Popi” D. de Dios ’72 (Chief-of Staff of Hon. Roberto V.
